I really hope other people can learn from the big mistake I made trying to do business with this company. Sent a full ad to this company relating to the Caravan that I wanted to sell and after reviewing the advert the buyer contacted me and stated that they definitely wanted to buy my caravan. I then drove all the way to the them, for more than an hour only for that same buyer to tell me that the colour of the caravan made it a hard sell and they didn't want to buy it. This regardless of the fact that the colour was fully visible on all the photos that were submitted for review and the buyer told me that he "will purchase it for sure" and even made a verbal offer. Completely wasted hours of my time. And made me drive all the way to them under false pretenses. And don't try to hold them accountable for what they do, they will run you all around the bush trying to pretend that they did no wrong, they will blame "new staff" and "sellers don't look at photos" as an excuse for terrible service.

Friendly Sales people, helpfull and motivated to take care of you're needs. Unfortunately we didn't find exactly what we wanted but they have a wide variety of caravans. An interesting fact, you can rent caravans from them👌

When we wanted to sell our caravan, they said they will buy it for a certain price. When we got there, they found "all sorts of wrong" with the caravan and bought it for a much lower price. The next day the caravan was on display to re-sell and the selling price on the floor was DOUBLE what they initially offered to buy it for... just be careful when you buy there. They make it seem as if you are buying a bargain.

Hi Everyone, I would just like to thank everyone at Starlight caravans for the very professional way in which my sale was handled. At no stage did I feel that I am being treated unfairly and the evaluation and inspection of my Surfer was done properly end thoroughly.
